What is Storyland?
Storyland (from now SL) is a simple web-driven writing system that allows the creation of stories written
by several authors.
With SL you can create a story and see it "evolve": every registered user can add a "chapter" to the story, and
so ensue an evolution of the initial narrative stream.
So, SL can be used to write shared literature and multiple authors stories.
In pratice, SL can be used in two ways:
- Like a registered user (with username and password)
- Without registration, just to read stories written by others
Registered user
As a registered user, you can add chapters (or actions) to an already started story, or to create your own story.
You can also upload images that can be used in texts.
Unregistered user
As an unregistered user, you can just "play" (or "read") stories written by registered users.
